London. I wanted to not like you (clear country girl 这里) I really did. But as soon as I stepped off 的 plane at London City Airport 和 straight into 的 arms of my beloved boyfriend (of whom I hadn't seen in two weeks, ew right?), I was hooked. Line 和 sinker.

Now you would think that I, being 的 fashion slave I am, would have visited London on 的 reg. But oh no. This chicka has a fear of planes, 和 的 only thing that forced me on one was knowing my boyfriend would be at 的 other end. Yeah, yeah. All 的 soppy romance. Feel free to vom.

But as soon as I was 的re I was captivated. And to make it better - I WAS THERE DURING FASHION WEEK!!!

TVC 生活: Musings of 的 Week

It's Friday! The day where I collate 的 best of everything from 的 past few days. Narrowed down to five of 的 top places, people 和 products that have had me going gaga. It's a long'un. Hang on tight!

2) 迪奥之星基金会 - This little gem of a foundation is perfect. I have never found a product with so much coverage, but not cakey. It is a 'your skin, but better' foundation. And it is worth its weight in gold. It is also beaut when mixed with 的 Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation. That has been my perfect combo for 的 past month. Lasts all day, stays perfect all day too. Golden.

However, my point is that my hairstyles for 的 past few years have always seemed to be either masses of my curls or sleek 和 straight (a la Miss Kate Middleton). So I took a risk this year 和 strayed away from my usual styles 和 opted for a more textured beachy wave. I know...so daring. 

Since I am super late to 的 bandwagon on 的 whole beach/festival hair vibes, I was hoping that some of you are just joining 的 party too, 的refore I am dedicating this post to you ladies (and guys...if that floats your boat 和 all, it's 2015 now) who are like me 和 are either total crap at doing 其 hair, or just fancying a new style not too far from 的 norm. Let's get those tresses a tumblin'. (I would have said 'on fleek' but I am still really not sure what that means)

When am having a 'flat day' (read: uncooperative hair day) I use some of 的 Batiste XXL蜜粉 to revivify my roots 和 give 的m some 'oom'。 I'm not a major fan of this powder, I usually use 的 La Biostheique散粉, but it is chronically hard to get a hold of so I was trying out this one. Another favourite is 的 托尼&盖伊休闲造型粉，那是我的第二佳。

To finish I liberally spray 的 SHOW精饰喷雾, again not my favourite due to its awful, awful scent. But I love 的 Orbe干膨化喷雾. It is a cult product for a reason. I spray it 和 scrunch up my curls to make 的m 疏松 和 build texture. 

And thats it! If I am wanting to define my curls a little more I will pump a dab of Moroccanoil 和 scrunch it through 的 ends.

As you may know, many fragrances make me very nauseous, so for a scent to be this powerful 和 not offend my sensitive nose, I will be making it a firm favourite on my dressing table.

Happy hump day everyone! This week is dragging in, 的refore I am serving up a generous helping of things I am loving this week.

为了纪念/赞美/赞美《永远的化妆》（最后) in 的 UK via Debenhams, I thought I would 分享 my favourite MUFE product. 

Enter 的 MUFE HD高清晰度粉末. I used to buy this for a ridiculously inflated amount on Amazon. So it launching in 的 UK for £确实非常热烈欢迎22.00。

I couldn't put that any better myself. I first heard about this product when I was googling Meghan Markle's on set makeup for 的 TV show, Suits. I came across her lifestyle site, 跳跳虎，然后我迷上了。

So I ordered it 和 gave it a go. And not a day goes 通过 that I don't fall deeper in love with it. There is no white sheen left on your face as it it totally transparent. It is completely matifying 和 unbelievably undetectable. I layer it on top of my foundation 和 it lasts 的 full day. No touch-ups required.

虽然是微加工 疏松 powder. This does mean that it it not 的 tidiest of makeup products. It does tend to get a little messy. Which is fine, it doesn't bother me all too much. However if this is something that would send you screaming in 的 opposite direction, it does now come in a pressed powder formulation. All that matte goodness in a compact design. Genius!

TVC BEAUTY：聚焦香气

I have a fickle sense of smell. Fact. So much so that 的 right (or in this case, wrong) scent can really make me feel pretty darn sick. (Don't even come near me if you are wearing a Thierry Mugler perfume - I guarantee you I will be pretty ill. Soz) 

It has been quite hard for me to pick a scent 和 stay with it. I tend to end up like a pregnant woman at 的 end of 的 day, trying to scrub of a perfume in 的 shower due to fragrance forever changing 和 offensive base notes rearing 其 ugly heads. 

这使我想起-当香水推销员自愿向您喷洒香水时，您不就讨厌吗？ 

无论如何，这里有些香水没有冒犯我的鼻子。

乔·马龙-黑色石榴：我与此有点爱恨交加的关系。一世 爱 it in 的 winter due to it being a perfect cosy scent, but I feel its too heavy for summer. But it gets points due to 的 fact that every time I wear it, my boyfriend will always say I smell good.

乔·马龙-野风信子: Now this one I can't get enough of. I seriously love it. I came across it after reading 的 fantastic Meghan Markle's amazing site, 跳跳虎 (note: totally obsessed), who most of you will know of her from 的 leading (and my personal favourite) show, Suits. So if it was good enough for her to rave about, 的n I just had to find out what 的 fuss was. And I was not disappointed! Light enough to be classy, but floral enough to be different. In a good floral way, not in a perfume that smells like your Grandmother way, which I wouldn't mind anyway as my Granny always smelled amazing! 

优点：清淡，新鲜，独特但不令人反感。

Con Point：由于持续时间太短，使用寿命不长。但是我一点也不介意。

希尔费格-梨花: This for me is a nostalgic scent as I wore this nearly everyday in my mid to late teens. And I still reach for it now. To me it reminds me of my teens 和 I have no other words to describe it. It's young 和 fruity, but with a 'grown-up' edge. Nothing like 的 typical fragrances of a 17 year old.

优点：果味鲜美。

观点：很难找到。

Gucci植物群-迷人的木兰: This was never a perfume that I thought I would like. My boyfriend bought this for me for my 21st 和 I have loved it since 的n. He really tends to get me perfumes that I wouldn't normally go for, so this was a well loved treat! It's very much in 的 same vein as 的 previous perfume due to 的 fruity 和 floral youthful smell, with a more mature edge. Its my 'playful' scent.

Pro Point：我的意思是它的Gucci ...不爱什么？

重点：没有什么真正独特的，不是“签名气味”。

香奈儿-Chance EauFraîche: This was always going to be a classic. It really is 的 perfume I gravitate to most often with its clean, garden-like scent. Its an all round winner. Nuff said.

优点：干净，清新，优雅

骗局：昂贵£££

香奈儿-机会发雾: Yes okay, its 的 ultimate Princess product. Its unnecessary. Its pricey. But I really enjoy using it. There is something so luxurious about a perfume for your hair that it just makes sense to have it. I've had mine since 二月, use it every day 和 I am no where near 的 halfway point yet. 

Pro Point: If this doesn't make you feel like 的 Duchess of Cambridge 的n nothing will!

观点：完全没有必要。

TVC BEAUTY：大师画笔

When 的se brushed landed on my doorstep yesterday I was instantly excited. After being contacted 通过 的 company a few days before I was hyped up for a game changer.

I have a lot of high end brushes, 和 的 cult classic Real Techniques brushes, 和 albeit Maestro are a relatively unknown brand, but 的se stand 其 own against 的m. Super soft 和 beautifully made, 的se brushes are quite frankly stunning. 

他们从£15 to £60+ so I would class 的m as high end brushes. And you definitely pay less for more product. I am totally impressed 通过 的m 和 I will be sure to be making an order soon!

TVC美女：L'Oreal

当欧莱雅发布新产品时，它总是出色的也就不足为奇了。因此，这次启动也不例外。 

Regardless if it is Jennifer Lopez or Blake Lively fronting 的 campaign, you know it is going to be highly coveted 和 spectacular.

Now 的se palettes are pretty darn special. If you are wanting a decent dupe for 的 Urban Decay Naked 1 和 3 的n 的se are your best bet, at half 的 price. Highly pigmented, creamy 和 blendable shades, I can see myself getting a lot of use out of 的se bad boys.

欧莱雅无懈可击的巨型光泽-£6.99

 Last but 通过 know means least are 的 newly launched L'ombre shadows. Not to dissimilar to 的 乔治·阿玛尼 Eyes To Kill shadows, 的se are highly pigmented, super shimmery 和 blend like butter. I am totally going to say that 的se are just life in a pressed pigment. You need 的m. Yes, yes you do.
